My dear old dog (and I mean OLD- like 14 years old) is a little afraid of the noise with most shavers and although I haven't used this one yet- I was very impressed that some of the reviews mentioned the low level of noise put out by the product.
As a matter of fact- it rated 5 Stars with 13 customer reviews! I think we are going to have to give this one a try.
