S. attends a great little local Christian VPK program from 1-4pm during the week. It gives me a chance to concentrate with the 2 older boys on more detailed homeschool work and has been terrific for S.

He had a little "art show" the other day (O.K. - a couple of weeks ago and I'm just now getting to it) He was very proud of his artwork, and if you ask me- the kid has talent!

They made these great displays for their various pieces- so I decided it should be on display. Actually, I think I'll "craft-lift" the whole idea and have the other 2 boys make one to display their work as well!

The background piece is just made from a roll of arts-n-craft paper. You can paint, use markers, or glue colored paper on for the border. We hung it from the 2nd curtain rod with a little fish line (we happen to have plenty of it- lol) and a couple of wooden clothes pins. It's cheap and easy, and he is so proud! I think it is very colorful and adds a "little something special" in our sitting area.

Love that idea! What a great way to display all the art work that comes home!
