Calling all little mini patriots! It's time for a 4th of July poster contest!

AJTL Poster Contest

There are both digital or hand crafted options available for your kiddos to participate. You can go to the
A Journey Through Learning site for complete rules and regulations. It's pretty simple - it must be respectful.
It should be uplifting for our country, so no negative slogans against God or President will be accepted.

Categories for:
  • Preschool-2nd grade
  • 3rd-6th Grade
  • 7-12th grade
To enter, send in a jpeg or PDF file of your entry to lapbooks@ajourneythroughlearning.net, by June 30. Public voting begins on July 1.  Winners will be announced on July 4.
Public voting will take place on the A Journey Through Learning blog.
Please include your child’s first name, age/grade, and any other information you feel is necessary.

Every child who enters will receive a free instant download of a lapbook on AJTL site.
Prizes:
  • Grand Prize $50 Barnes and Noble Gift Card
  • First Place in Each Category $25 gift card to either Amazon or A Journey Through Learning
  • Second Prize in Each Category $10 Gift certificate to Currclick
I'll be using this as a little teaching opportunity about our flag and our country! Happy Creating!
and. . .  Happy 4th of July Contest

I love this idea!!! We decorate our boat at the lake for the 4th and my girls love it. I have to see if they want to do this too!

I think that sounds great- the boats in our community decorate for Christmas and have a boat parade down the waterway - the lake would be beautiful and fun for the 4th! We'll be out on the boat this year for fireworks with Rebecca@momsmustardseeds and her family - so excited for them to come!
