A couple of months ago - I did a "buddy swap" hosted by The Post- a terrific blog for homeschool parents. They assigned each participant a "buddy" - another mom like me who homeschools. We filled out a short list of information about our homeschool and families. We exchanged information & prayer requests & were encouraged to email and stay in touch with each other.
Well, I got super lucky & had the best swap buddy ever: Kelli (her name is great too) is the blog author of "Life in a Barn" - she writes about her life as a homeschool mom ... who lives in a barn. (yes- really raising her kids in a barn) It's quite beautiful, and I think it's a brilliant idea. My boys are jealous- they would absolutely love it.
