Kids in the Kitchen - Link Up #16

Welcome to the Kids in the Kitchen Link Up! Carrie @YoungLivingOilLady  and I are thrilled to have you!
We think cooking and eating together is an important part of family life and want to encourage you to
do more of it! Join us on our campaign to get the family back to the table. It's healthier for body, mind,
and soul when food is cooked at home and in the kitchen with the ones you love most.

our recipe this week- Fruit Kabobs

I didn't have a melon baller so I used an old coffee scoop - it sorta worked but I recommend the real thing!
I chopped apples and washed grapes and gathered my helpers to assemble the Kabobs:

Big brother spread peanut butter on crackers to add a bit of protein to our feast!

We used the empty melon to hold our fruit and assembled more kabobs together as we sat around the table

I hope you'll join us! I'm trying to get around to see all the yummy recipes - but I am having
trouble making it to ALL the blogs - but if you keep posting - I'll keep trying! I'm also sharing
them on google +, pinterest, fb, and twitter because y'all are so good at this!

Grab a button from here or my side bar and link up your favorites!
Be sure to leave a comment and visit a couple of other new friends in the link up:

also linking with these lovely people:

a fruit kabab – it's a brilliant idea – especially that little dash of protein thrown in. I really heart your kids in the kitchen posts – they show your mama heart. You have such a strong mama heart. God bless and keep you and each and every one of yours Kelli.
